Northwind Travel came to us with a clear ambition and a crowded market. A calm, fast travel companion app that plans trips around how people actually move. The brief: stand out without shouting, and build something the in-house team could grow with.
Our approach
We ran a two-week discovery with stakeholders and customers, mapped what made Northwind Travel different, and turned it into a simple idea everyone could repeat. From there we explored three creative routes, tested them with real people and refined the strongest one.
